GET POST-RENOVATION REBATES

After your upgrades are completed, Book your post-retrofit Check-Up. Your Zero Energy Advisor will confirm the upgrades and provide you with your home’s improved EnerGuide Rating Label and Report – adding value of your home and Rebates checks.

The Net Price range is from $0 to $345 – depending on which Region your home is in and what rebates your City offers plus the $150 BC Hydro/Fortis Provincial rebate.

The Initial Price range from lowest to highest is $450 to $495 before rebates – depending where you live on Vancouver Island.

You will get some or all of the Initial Price back when you combine the $150 rebates from BC Hydro & Fortis, plus the $150 to $300 from some City rebates for your Net Price.
